We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Office Clerk to assist with daily administrative, clerical tasks, and customer service. Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls and respond to routine inquiries.
Greet visitors and provide general assistance.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
File, organize, and retrieve documents and paperwork.
Prepare, scan, copy, and distribute documents.
Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed.
Enter and update information in computer systems.
Assist with basic administrative and bookkeeping tasks as assigned.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous office or administrative experience is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Able to work weekends (no nights).
